U.S. Sentate Holds Hearings On The SEC’s Failure With Regard to Bernard Madoff.

U.S. Senate was given the same set of recommendations that Harry Markopolos provided to the U.S. House seven months prior, outlining the needed changes to the SEC that are necessary to avoid repeating the same egregious failure it exhibited in erroneously assessing and halting Bernard Madoff’s billion dollar investment fraud.
